This post will help walk you through the steps of cancelling your service. Oddblox allows customers to cancel their service immediately or at the end of the billing period. If you no longer want to use the server, but still want time to grab files and information, cancelling at the end of your billing period would be the better option.

Step by Step

  1. Log into your client account here: https://oddblox.us/portal
  2. Under the “Your Active Services/Products” section, click on the service you wish to cancel.
  3. Locate and click the red “Request Cancellation” button, located below the description.
  4. Describe the reason you want to cancel. It can be as detailed or as simple as you want.
  5. Select the cancellation type. If you select “Immediate”, your service will be deleted as soon as the request is approved by a member of staff. If you select “End of Billing Period”, your service will continue running until your subscription lapses.
  6. After verifying everything is correct, click the “Request Cancellation” button.

After submitting your request, a staff member will approve your request. They may reach out to you to inquire about what you put in the reason box if it is related to downtime. If your cancellation request was within the 14 day Money Back Guarantee period, please open a ticket so a refund can be processed.

Please note that selecting the “Immediate” cancellation option outside of the 14 day Money Back Guarantee window will not allow you to claim a refund!
